1. To splice the door frame, first place the door frame in front of the door opening, and then fix the door frame on the door head.

2. Splice the motor, and fix the motor to the door shaft. Be careful not to wrap the screws on the rubber pad too tightly. Just make sure that the rubber pad can be pressed by the film. Then fix the stroke to the iron plate, close to the side of the motor. edge, so that the fixed iron plate can press the travel switch tightly.

3. To erect the door, first place the lifting rings on the two side panels of the door, then hang the two manual hoist hooks on the lifting rings, and then pull the door to the wall.

4. Stabilize the door frame of the high speed door. First check whether the distance between the door frame and both sides of the door is the same. Then use a level to check the level of the door head. Use a large clamp to clamp the door frame and the wall and fix it. Then use a level to check whether the door frame is Vertically, secure it with expansion screws, then secure the electrical box and install a switch button on the outside of the door.

5. Set up a high speed door curtain, manually place the brake, and set the door curtain about one meter away from the door to avoid the door from overshooting when the limit is adjusted.

6. Install the dust cover. Please wait until the motor is tested before operating.

7. Install radar and photoelectric.

8. Connect the motor, stroke, photoelectric and radar of the high speed door to the electrical box and the installation is completed.
