High speed door is widely used in industrial plants. The following are precautions for using fast doors.
1. Adjust the appropriate detection range of radar or geomagnetic ring.
2. When using for the first time, check whether the power supply voltage and phase match the fast door, and ensure the correct running direction of the fast door.
3. When the power is off, the emergency stop switch should be pressed to avoid sudden power on and the rolling door action to injure people.
4. When there is a strong storm or it is not used for a long time, please raise the fast door to the upper line position and cut off the power supply.
5. Regularly wipe the photoelectric induction safety switch under the door post with a cleaning tool, and regularly wipe the fast door base cloth with a clean cloth to keep the curtain clean (do not wipe it with detergent to avoid chemical corrosion and reduce the service life).
After being familiar with the precautions for using high speed door, I believe that I have a certain understanding of fast doors. I hope that I can use them in a standardized way when using high speed door in the future.
