The air shower high speed door is a fast isolation door installed at the import and export of clean room goods. When the staff needs to bring processed products into the clean room, they must go through the air shower channel. Before entering the air shower, there is a fast door. The rolling shutter door is installed at the entrance of the air shower room. When a person pulls the product to the position of the cargo shower room, the quick sensing door opens automatically, and the staff enters the air shower room with the product. When the staff and goods enter the cargo shower, the fast rolling door will automatically close. When the fast rolling door is closed in place, the rolling door will output a working signal to the cargo shower, and the air shower will start to blow air and deal with some dust. After the shower work is finished, the fast rolling door at the exit of the air shower is automatically opened, and the staff can enter the clean workshop with the goods. Next, the fast rolling door is automatically closed, so that the linkage between the fast door of the air shower and the air shower ends.
The air shower and the high speed door are in a linked state, and the two fast doors at the entrance and exit of the air shower are in an interlocked state. When one of the rolling shutter doors is opened, the other one is in a stop state, and when one of them is closed, the other one can work, and it is always isolated from the clean room, avoiding the convection between the clean room and the outside air.
