Spiral overhead door curtain material and thickness change

Common high speed door use PVC material, with a thickness of 0.8mm, containing anti fracture fibers, and a tear strength of 600/600 (warp/weft). The hard quick door is made of double-sided aluminum alloy material with a thickness of 0.7mm, filled with polyurethane foam in the middle, which has insulation and heat insulation effects. The total thickness of the door panel is 40mm.

Spiral overhead door track material change

Ordinary rapid door standard track material is 2.0mm thick cold rolled steel plate baking paint, can be customized aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The track material of high speed hard door is 2.0mm aluminum alloy, and stainless steel can also be customized.

Cold rolled steel has high strength and hardness with good surface finish, suitable for application scenarios that require high strength. Aluminum alloy is lightweight, easy to install and transport, and has a beautiful appearance with good decorative effect. High speed spiral Door Opening Changes

Ordinary fast door door opening method is only one, the door curtain is rolled upward to the door head box, while the opening method of the high speed spiral door is more diverse, there are six kinds: standard round spiral structure, oval spiral structure (applicable to places with insufficient space), lying structure (applicable to the lifting mouth), vertical structure (applicable to the side of the place where there is insufficient space), S-turning structure (applicable to the special places), L-shaped turning structure (for places with insufficient space).

Ordinary fast door needs 500mm above the door head, 500mm on the motor side, 150mm on the motorless side.350mm on the left and right sides of high speed spiral door, 960mm above the door head in the standard round spiral structure, 700mm above the door head in the oval spiral structure.


Upgraded opening speeds and door openings for spiral overheand door

The opening speed of the ordinary high speed door is 0.8-1.2m/s, and the opening speed of the high speed spiral door is faster 0.8-1.5m/s. The standard opening method of the ordinary fast door is double-sided manual push button.High speed spiral door have an additional manual release device than regular speed door. Ensures normal plant operation in the event of a power outage.


Changes in the sealing method of high speed spiral door

Ordinary fast door frame is equipped with innovative double rows of cassette-type sealing brushes, which form a four-sided airtight structure with the U-shaped bottom edge and one-piece door header sealing box, which has a good effect of fast isolation. In addition, the brushes can also reduce friction and improve the service life of the product.

Spiral overhead door is equipped with EPDM sealing strips on the top, bottom and both sides. Sealing rubber strips at the connection of door panels to isolate the heat and cold transmission. The air tightness is up to international level 3 and the water tightness is up to international standard level 6.

 

Wind resistance upgrade for high speed spiral door

The wind resistance of spiral overhead door is 32m/s (class 12), which is available for both indoor and outdoor, while the wind resistance of ordinary fast door is class 6-7, which is mainly used for indoor.
